What is pof shrink film?
POF is a kind of heat shrinkable film, which is mainly used for packaging products with regular and irregular shapes. Because of its non-toxic, environmental protection, high transparency, high shrinkage, good heat sealing performance, high gloss, strong toughness, tear resistance, uniform heat shrinkage and suitable for automatic high-speed packaging, POF is a replacement product of traditional PVC heat shrinkable film, which is widely used in automotive supplies, plastic products, stationery, books, electronics, circuit boards, MP3, VCD, handicrafts, etc.
What are the characteristics of pof shrink film?
1, high transparency, good gloss, can clearly show the appearance of products, improve sensory awareness, reflect high grade.
2. The shrinkage rate is high, up to 75%, and the flexibility is good, which can be used for packaging any shape of goods. Moreover, the shrinkage force of the three-layer coextruded film after special processing is controllable, which meets the requirements of different commodity packaging for shrinkage force.
3. Good sealing performance and high strength, suitable for manual, semi-automatic and high-speed automatic packaging.
4. It has good cold resistance, can keep flexibility at-50℃ without brittle fracture, and is suitable for being stored and transported in cold environment.

Introduction of POF shrink film raw materials
The main raw materials of the five-layer coextruded heat shrinkable packaging film include LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene), TPP (Ternary Copolymer Polypropylene), PPC (Binary Copolymer Polypropylene) and necessary functional auxiliaries such as slip agent, anti-blocking agent and antistatic agent. These raw materials are environment-friendly and non-toxic materials, which will not produce toxic gas and peculiar smell during processing and product application. The hygienic performance of the products meets FDA and USDA standards, and can be used for packaging food.
Introduction of POF shrink film production process
Five-layer co-extrusion heat shrinkable packaging film is made of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and copolymerized polypropylene (TPP, PPC) as main raw materials and added with necessary additives. The process is different from the traditional blow molding process. Because of the poor tensile properties of PP melt, the traditional blow molding process can not be adopted, but the double bubble process, also known as Prandi process in the world, which melts and extrudes raw materials through different extruders and adopts special design
