Light film: Usually, ordinary light film is mainly printed, which is often used for packaging and printing. It can be divided into thick film and thin optical film. Generally, thick film refers to the thickness above 25μ, while thin film refers to the thickness below 19μ.

Covering light film: It is known that covering light film is generally a thin light film with 18μ downward, and it is generally a double-sided corona, so it has overlapping area with ordinary light film in use, and it is also slightly different, so it is generally not used to make ordinary bags.

Aluminizing film: Everyone is relatively familiar with aluminizing film, but BOPET and CPP are commonly used as substrates. At present, BOPP aluminizing is relatively rare in China, especially in recent years, with the price advantage of BOPET, the BOPP aluminizing market has been affected to some extent.

Matte film: also known as matte film, which is mainly realized by absorbing and scattering light, can generally improve the grade of printed appearance, but the price is relatively high, and there are few domestic manufacturers, so it is often used in boxed food or packaging. Matte film often has no heat sealing layer, so it is often used in combination with other films (such as CPP and BOPET).

Laser film: it is a transparent BOPP film with a moldable functional layer, which can be molded without precoating a molding layer. It can be used for anti-counterfeiting packaging after aluminizing or evaporating media, or can be used as packaging boxes for cigarettes, medicines, foods, etc. It is produced relatively little in China, which is generally used for commodity anti-counterfeiting, decoration and packaging, etc., and has certain requirements for production technology.

Pearlescent film: Most of them are three-layer co-extruded stretched films, and the surface usually has a heat-sealing layer, such as chopsticks bags, which is often heat-sealed by the pearl film's own heat-sealing layer, so there will be a heat-sealing section. Different from BOPP optical film, the density of pearlescent film is mostly controlled below 0.68, which is beneficial to save cost; Moreover, the common pearlescent films have white and opaque pearlescent effect, and have certain light blocking ability, which can protect the products that need to be protected from light. Of course, pearlescent film is often combined with other films in food and daily necessities, such as ice cream, chocolate packaging and beverage bottle labels, and its white pearlescent effect complements well-designed printed patterns.
